DEACONS
A biblical description of the qualities required of a deacon, and of his household, can be found in

1 Timothy 3:8–13.   8 Likewise must the deacons be grave, not double-tongued, not given to much wine, not greedy of filthy lucre;9 Holding the mystery of the faith in a pure conscience.10 And let these also first be proved; then let them use the office of a deacon, being found blameless.11 Even so must their wives be grave, not slanderers, sober, faithful in all things.12 Let the deacons be the husbands of one wife, ruling their children and their own houses well.13 For they that have used the office of a deacon well purchase to themselves a good degree, and great boldness in the faith which is in Christ Jesus.

Kervin Covin has been at Cusseta Road since 1990. He and his Elaine have been married since 1995, and have two children. He serves in the Benevolence, and Worship Ministries. He  is often seen helping to coordinate the Lord’s Supper. He was ordained as a Deacon in 2003.

Richard Hudson has been a member at Cusseta Road since 2005. He and wife Marie have been married since 1986, and have two children. Richard assists in our Finance and Youth Ministries as well as playing a key role in worship. He was ordained as a Deacon in 2005.
 
 
 
 
Ronald Lattimore, Deacon
Jerene Lattimore, Wife
 
Ronald Lattimore has been a member at Cusseta Road since 1998. He and his wife Jerene have been married since 1981. They have three children. Ronald serves in the Hospitality, and Worship Ministries. Additionally, he is a frequent visitor to local nursing homes where he and his group sing songs of praise for the residents. He was ordained as a Deacon in 2005.
 

Larry Marshall, Deacon

Felecia Marshall, Wife

Larry Marshall has been at Cusseta Road since 1992. He and his Felecia have been married since 1988, and have three children. He is in charge of Security and manages many of our congregation fellowships. Larry is very active in our Hospitality, Seniors support, and Benevolence work. He was ordained as a Deacon in 1998.

Jamie Walker has been at Cusseta Road since 1998. He and his wife Juanita have been married since 1972, and have two children. He serves in the Technology, and Finance ministries. He ensures our messages are shared on the internet. He was ordained as a Deacon in 2005.
